We procure the best quality Kodo millets from a trustworthy source. After sieving and winnowing to remove unwanted particles, the grains are soaked for two hours and shadow‑dried to preserve nutrition. No soda is added in this product. Our idli mix is gluten free and made with all natural ingredients. We blend rice flakes and black gram in the exact proportion to make soft, fluffy idlis.

How to use: Add equal amount of idli mix with sour curd. Add water slowly and stir well to remove lumps until you get a consistent batter suitable for idli. Keep aside for 30 to 45 minutes.
