We procure the best quality millets from reliable sources. After sieving and winnowing, the grains are soaked for two hours and shadow‑dried to preserve nutrients. No soda is added in this product. Our idli mix is gluten free and made with all natural ingredients. We blend Foxtail Millet, Little Millet, Barnyard Millet, Kodo Millet, and Black gram in exact proportion to make perfect idlis. This mix contains no rice content.
